We still have Golden Russet cider ready to take home. Come stock up on this seasonal favorite you have been waiting all year for. Remember it’s only available for a short time.

Meet Our Chefs
We would like to introduce you to, and tell you a little bit about our three chefs. They prepare our wonderful
entrees in our new kitchen in the store. We interviewed each chef and here are their responses. Each chef brings their own unique background, insight, and experience to the “kitchen cutting board”.
Sal has been at Bolton Orchards for 4 years. He is a 2005 graduate of Johnson and Wales in Culinary Art/Food Service Management. Other food service experience obtained from working in multiple upscale restaurants and learning from other great chefs. Coming from a Sicilian family he grew up cooking, he loves food, and he cannot pick out a favorite dish. Sal states, “Cook from your heart” and that “He couldn’t cook without GARLIC!”. In his spare time he Sal works out by running steps at Harvard University.

Kelly joined us in early November 2011. She is a self taught cook who has had many great mentors over the years, along with a passion that comes from the soul. Her style of cooking includes nourishing, holistic, and healing food menu. Kelly’s own favorite dishes include anything vegetarian and/or original. One thing Kelly cannot cook without is, “A garden with fresh veggies!”. In her spare time she enjoys time with her children, yoga, outdoors, and herbivore.

Frank joined us in early December 2011. He is a self taught cook who has owned three restaurants over the years. Regional Italian is Frank’s style of food he enjoys cooking. His favorite dish includes Chicken Saltimbocca, which he considers to cause a “Leap in the Mouth!”. One ingredient he couldn’t be without is, “GARLIC!”. In his spare time he enjoys horses and animals.
